We recently purchased an appliance from Agressive Appliance and had a great experience from start to finish. Lea provided quotes and ETA details promptly and professionally, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. Delivery was quick, especially considering we’re about 70 miles from the store. The installation team (Alan and Josh) was polite, efficient, and very careful with our new appliance. Highly recommend!

Michael and Justin installed our dishwasher that the salesman Alex helped me pick out. I am so very happy with it, but even happier with the service. They were extremely cordial and sweet to my three tiny children who kept getting in their way. I bought a washer from them two months ago, so when the dishwasher stopped working for the third time in six months, I knew I would go back. Almost excited for another appliance to stop working!

We needed a new washer and dryer, picked what we wanted and headed to Agressive Appliance to purchase. Gus was very helpful and the purchasing process was simple and quick. The company bot kept us well informed of delivery information right up to their arrival and services complete. Felix and Anthony arrived and were fantastic. The wasted no time. They had the new washer out of the box and moving into the house within minutes of arrival. The old washer removed and placed in the truck while Felix brought the new appliances into position. He ensured we had the correct hook ups, carefully setting everything in the laundry room. Highly recommend Aggressive Appliance and could not be more thankful to Felix and Anthony. Both were pleasant, professional, quick and precise. The company should be thankful for them as they are very positive ambassadors to the business. Thanks to both of them. Once we got the gas dryer hooked up and started using it we notice a loud banging noise from the dryer. Called the service department and they immediately scheduled for a technician to come out. The technician, Vasyl, was great. He listened to the dryer and heard the same noise. He opened everything up, took a look and ordered all new wheels within the dryer. Once he installed and did another test run, we both agreed the noise was better but still there. We continued to use the dryer, about three days after the noise was back. I requested a replacement dryer as my assumption was this one was a lemon. The service department said they mended another assessment before the manufacturer would switch out the dryer. Vasyl was assigned the job once again. Knowing he already replaced most parts he ordered everything else in the dryer except the drum and the control board. He installed a new motor, tightened everything up and tested the dryer again. No noise. Dryer seems to be performing as it should. We are three days post repairs and no loud noise. Vasyl was amazing! Our custom installers, Matt and Patrick were excellent. Took fantastic care of our home and did a wonderful job with the installation which was not straight forward. Our sales representative Yaritza worked with us over many months to ensure we got the exact appliances we wanted and stayed in frequent communication to let us know the status of our very large order. This is the second time we have used Aggressive Appliances when doing major remodeling at 2 different homes and we would not hesitate to use them again. Highly Recommend this company.

Service was and has been awesome. Very responsive and helpful. We have dealt with Aggressive for many years and they are the best….. they even take the pressure off by dealing with manufacturer warranties for you. Their service techs are always very knowledgeable, pleasant, clean and polite. They take extra precautions to keep your house clean and protect floors from damage….. all without asking. That is standard protocol. Pete was our service guy today and he was excellent! We have had Kyle before and he too is excellent! Both extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions and trying to do what is right and best for the consumer. I highly recommend using Aggressive Appliance and if you can request a service tech, I’d recommend Pete and Kyle!

Wonderful experience at Aggressive Appliances! Delton and Mike came out this morning and installed my new dishwasher. They were so friendly and extremely efficient and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I especially appreciated them telling me how much they love working for aggressive appliances. They gave very high compliments to the owners of the company and how their leaderships makes this company such a great place to work. Happy employees leads to great customer experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish! Highly recommend buying any and all appliances here!

We just had our dishwasher and range hood replaced by Aggressive. The result is beautiful! We ordered Bosch cabinet-faced dishwasher which took some coordination to get the cabinet face, hardware and appliance. Kevin was right there the entire time helping us accurately measure and order each item. Cesar and Carlos did a terrific job on the day of install. Everything looks perfect, works great and there are no scratches. We're super happy. Thanks again Guys!

Today I had a stove and microwave installed at my home. My installers, Erick and Anthony exemplified what an installer should be. They were professional, courteous, kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. My new appliances look wonderful in my kitchen. They even took the time to give me a little training on the use of my "space-age" stove. All-in-all, my whole experience with Aggressive Appliances has been wonderful, from shopping, to purchase, to install. Highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs.

Very good delivery and set up. Rico came earlier than 1st planned so we could make a doctor appointment. He and two helpers delivered my new sub-zero refrigerator and set it up. He did a great job and answered all of my questions. He was very careful to protect our floors when bringing in the large refrigerator, made sure it was level and secure. Thank you Rico, Robert and Royce. Hope the frig. Will work as well as you did!

We love Aggressive Appliances, and will use them again and again! From the knowledgable sales person that helped us with this dishwasher, thank you Jim Kappel! To the professional installers- Erick and Anthony, they were so awesome today, thank you! The guys called ahead of arrival, ahead of schedule, and were careful to protect my floors, brought all of the tools needed to install my dishwasher and cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend using Aggressive Appliances for their customer service and their istallation department, all in house. Excellent!
